Please refer to the diagram for size specifications
This
diagram depicts a phoenix canariensis which has been trimmed and prepared
for transplant. Although the dimensions from tree to tree will vary, this
is intended to help give a general understanding of the size of these
trees. Please note that on a mature canariensis, the canopy size [C] remains
constant from the time the tree has 10 feet of Brown Trunck Height (BTH)
[B] until the time the tree reaches it's full height of about 60 feet
BTH. The mature frond of a canariensis will average 12 to 15 feet.
